Combine flour, seasoning salt, pepper, Slap Ya Mama seasoning in a medium bowl.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-medium high heat. Add butter.
While oil is heating up, season both sides of the pork chops with Kinders seasoning or salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Once oil is heated and butter melted, dredge pork chops in flour mixture and add to skillet, careful not to over crowd the skillet. Cook on one side for 3-5 minutes, turn over, and cook another 3-5 minutes, until no pink juices. Remove to serving plate covered with paper towel to absorb excess oil once done.
