Chocolate Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 TBSP All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Dash Cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, whisk together the cocoa, flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Pour in milk and cream, mix well.
  • Over medium heat, stir consistently until gravy thickens.
  • Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Mix well. Serve over hot biscuits.
