Apple Crisp
Ingredients
Filling
- 4 Large Granny Smith Apples
- 1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 TBSP All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2-1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 TBSP Salted Butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8×8 baking dish or deep dish pie dish with non stick spray. Peel and slice apples. Whisk together sugars, cinnamon, flour, in a bowl. Add in apples and vanilla, stir and mix well. Pour into prepared dish.
- In medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted butter until mixture is crumbly. Top apple filling mixture with the mixed topping. Bake for approx 45 minutes, until apples are done and topping is golden brown.
